The bakers at Remuera's newest bakery, 4 & 20, are passionate about baking naturally leavened breads, inspired by the lost traditions of how bread was originally crafted. Everything is made from scratch using fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients as much as possible. Each loaf is molded by hand, naturally leavened and baked on the hearth. The result is a delicious loaf of bread! Pastries, sandwiches, salads and other baked goods also available, together with organic coffee and tea. And during winter a delicious home-made soup every day.
